This retreat is open to anyone with an interest in their own personal development, self awareness and personal growth. This workshop is written in response to participants as they move through the retreat; creative activities, discussion groups and mindful exercises make up the time spent together. All aspects provide an opportunity to understand conscious and unconscious lifespan development.
RETREAT OBJECTIVES
To encourage the participants to explore their life structure and fundamental beliefs; perhaps looking at how past experiences have and still are shaping current life choices.
To encourage participants to explore and evaluate past and present experience, with individuals being offered creative ways to rejuvenate mind, body and spirit.
To find ways of understanding the different aspects of self; finding a balance and refreshing a connectedness to life.
